I have asked for the faulty box to be collected and a refund issued as I have no confidence in getting a replacement before winter sets in! I can only hope that the massive box that is taking up my dining room is collected soon or I will just have to dump it on my drive. On 27th June i called Costo Customer Services for a 3rd time and was informed that the storage box was not available (and the lady had no idea when it would be) and my records showed that I had only sent photos on 22nd June. I called Costco again on 22nd June and spoke to Raesah Shah who I sent photos to again and chased the email on 26th June - I heard nothing. I sent photos on the same day, heard nothing and chased him on 20th June but had no reply. I immediately called Costco Customer Services and spoke to Rhys White who asked me to send photo evidence and he said he would arrange a replacement.
